We all bring a variety of experience to the office. We really work on focusing on the person who is there, making sure that they understand what we're doing and why we're doing what we do. One of the rewarding things is when people go to leave after their initial meeting, the fact that they actually say they can go home and sleep because they now are comfortable. They at least have a plan. They know what they're going to do. They understand and they're ready to go forward. We work very hard to keep our clients involved in their process.
